Chris needed some help moving his elderly dad out of his home of 40 years. There were stairs that posed a problem, and the houses needed some repair work. We were able to work with Chris and his dad to offer a fair price with no repairs or updating to the house. We even helped move some of the items out of the house, and took care of the items they did not want anymore.

Here was a project that the owner had started, but had no way of finishing due to repair costs and man power. We were able to purchase both of these homes before they went to foreclosure and have been able to fix them up. One was purchased by a young family, and the other will be rented out.

While talking with some neighbors, we realized there was a vacant house nearby that needed a LOT of work. We spoke with the owner and found a way we could help each other out by purchasing the property and helping her with another property in the Travelers Rest area. Our goal is always to understand the problem so we can find the best solution.
